So I went to Boracay recently and it turns out that it takes a long time to reach the island.
This is how you will need to get to the island. You fly into Kalibo airport (4hrs from KL), take a van or car to the jetty (2hrs), take a boat to the island (5mins), then take a van to your hotel (20mins).
A lot of effort and patience required.
